FOREIGN FIRE INSURANCE FUND. Each year the Foreign Fire Insurance Fund Board shall submit to the City Manager for his input and review, a proposed budget of expenditures for the use of Foreign Fire Insurance Fund proceeds. The Foreign Fire Insurance Fund Board must comply with the applicable State Statute.
