FOREIGN STUDENTS. 12. If the Student is not a South African citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa, I/we acknowledge that a valid study visa in the School’s name is required in order to enrol and commence attendance at the School, a copy of which will be provided to the School. I/we undertake to assist the School’s appointed immigration consultant to ensure compliance throughout the duration of the Student’s enrolment at the School and I/we agree to the payment of the applicable annual levies. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This clause limits and excludes obligations, liabilities and legal responsibilities which the School may have towards you and/or the Student. It also limits and excludes your rights and remedies and places various risks, liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities on you.

FOREIGN STUDENTS. When a foreign student is registered in the system "STADS", he or she will receive the same cover as a regular enrolled student. In cases where cover for this accident insurance is covered, the coverage area is on the area of the company in question. There is no cover during transport between the company's departments at different addresses. Open education: Persons who are in the Technical University of Denmark and who are educated in accordance with the rules on open education are not covered by the insurance.
FOREIGN STUDENTS. (a) Appointments from the Trust Xxxxx- xxxx of the Pacific Islands. The Adminis- trator may permit, upon designation by the Secretary of the Interior, indi- viduals from the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands to receive instruction at the Academy. Not more than 4 such individuals may receive instruction at any one time. Residents of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands are nei- ther citizens nor nationals of the United States.
FOREIGN STUDENTS. Students in foreign countries or U.S. territories will assume payment of customs duties and any difference in exchange rate and additional postage. Payment in full of the program tuition is required. All instruction is conducted in English.

  • Foreign Contractor If Contractor is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon, Contractor shall promptly provide to the Oregon Department of Revenue and the Secretary of State Corporation Division all information required by those agencies relative to this Contract. Contractor shall demonstrate its legal capacity to perform the Services under this Contract in the State of Oregon prior to entering into this Contract.

  • SENSITIVE FOREIGN NATIONS CONTROLS (a) In connection with any activities in the performance of this Agreement, Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the “Sensitive Foreign Nations Controls” requirements furnished to Seller by Company, relating to those countries, which may from time to time be identified to Seller by written notice as sensitive foreign nations. Seller shall have the right to terminate its performance under this Agreement upon at least 60 days’ prior written notice to Company if Seller determines that it is unable, without substantially interfering with its policies or without adversely impacting its performance, to continue performance of the work under this Agreement as a result of such notification. If Seller elects to terminate performance, the provision of Part 1.13 shall apply.
