Foreign Contractor definition

Foreign Contractor means a contractor or subcontractor organized or existing under the laws of a country other than the United States.
Foreign Contractor as used herein means, in the case of an individual, a person who is not a resident of the State of New York; in the case of a partnership, one having one or more partners not a resident of the State; and in the case of a corporation, one not organized under the laws of the State of New York.
Foreign Contractor means a Contractor that is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon.
