Common use of Forensic Population Clause in Contracts

Forensic Population. The program and its curriculum shall be evidence-based and proven effective with the forensic population. Curriculum used shall be consistent with what was stated in CONTRACTOR’S RFP. Any changes in curriculum used (or changes to existing curriculum that may impact fidelity) must be outlined in writing to contract Administrator. Changes in curriculum that are not in line with goals/evidence based practices for forensic populations may result in a discontinuance of placing forensic clients in the program.
