Forfeiture and Repayment Provisions. (a) Failure to properly execute the Agreement (and each other document required to be executed by the Participant in connection with the Participant’s receipt of the RSUs) in a timely manner following the Grant Date may result in the forfeiture of the RSUs, as determined in the sole discretion of the Company.
