Form 15 Filing; Incomplete Exchange Act Filings; Amendments to Exchange Act Reports. (a) On or before January 30 of the first year in which the Certificate Administrator is able to do so under applicable law, the Certificate Administrator shall prepare and file a Form 15 Suspension Notification relating to the automatic suspension of reporting in respect of the Trust under the Exchange Act. After the filing of Form 15, the obligations of the parties to this Agreement under Sections 11.03, 11.05, 11.07, 11.08 and 11.09 (and the obligations of the applicable Primary Servicer under clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Section 5.13(c) of the applicable Primary Servicing Agreement) shall be suspended for so long as the Trust is not subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act. If such Form 15 Suspension Notification relating to the automatic suspension of reporting in respect of the Trust under the Exchange Act cannot be filed on or before January 30 of the first year in which the Certificate Administrator would have otherwise been able to do so, notice that such Form 15 Suspension Notification has not been filed shall be available to the Reporting Servicers and to the Pooled Mortgage Loan Sellers upon request to the Certificate Administrator beginning on January 30 of that year.
