Form and Content of Communications. The names of Authorized Officers or other persons authorized to act on behalf of ZionSolutions shall be certified to the Trustee by ZionSolutions. Until notified in writing to the contrary, the Trustee shall have the right to assume that there has been no change in the identity or authority of any person previously certified to it hereunder.
