All documents and evidence delivered to the Lender under this Clause 3 shall: 3.7.1 be in form and substance acceptable to the Lender; 3.7.2 if required by the Lender, be certified, notarised, legalised or attested in a manner acceptable to the Lender; and 3.7.3 if copies, be certified as true and complete copies by a director or the secretary or the legal advisor or a duly authorised attorney-in-fact of the Borrower.
