Form and content. All documents and evidence delivered to the Agent pursuant to this Clause 4 (Conditions of Utilisation) shall: (a) be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent; (b) if required by the Agent, be in original; and (c) if required by the Agent, be certified, notarized, legalized or attested in a manner acceptable to the Agent.
