Form and Means of Notice. Termination - All notices provided pursuant to this Article shall be sent to the designated recipient set forth herein (a) by certified mail, return receipt requested or (b) by overnight courier, return receipt requested. Notices given hereunder shall be deemed given upon documented receipt.
