Posting of Notice. Within 60 days after the Effective Date, Xxxxxx shall post in a prominent place accessible to all patients and Covered Persons a notice that provides the HHS OIG Fraud Hotline telephone number (0-000-XXX-XXXX) as a confidential means by which suspected fraud or abuse in the Federal health care programs may be reported.
Posting of Notice. 17.2.1 Notice of all job vacancies shall be posted on bulletin boards in prominent locations at each job site.
17.2.2 The job vacancy notice shall remain posted for a period of five (5) full working days, during which time employees may file for the vacancy. Any employee on layoff during the period of the posting shall be mailed a copy of the notice by First Class Mail on the date the position is posted.

c. A worker on leave or layoff may request to receive a copy of a Position Announcement by mail if he/she so requests of the Director of Human Resources before the beginning of the leave or layoff.

17.4.2 The job vacancy notice shall remain posted for six (6) full workdays, during which time employees may file for the vacancy.

The Subrecipient shall post, in a prominent and accessible place, a notice stating that the Transit Provider is a recipient of federal assistance under the Federal Transit Act and has agreed to comply with the provisions of 49 U.S.C. §5333(b). The notice shall also specify the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement for the protection of employees.

Posting of Notice. 16.1.1 Notice of all job vacancies at an individual site shall first be posted at that site so that unit members assigned to that site may have the opportunity to transfer.
16.1.2 Notice of all job vacancies, not filled as a result of site transfer, available to candidates from within the District shall be posted on the District’s web site on its Human Resources web page and on bulletin boards in or around the Classified Personnel Office.
16.1.3 The job vacancy notice shall remain posted for a minimum period of five (5) work days, during which time United Support Personnel may file for the vacancy.
16.1.4 Each site where United Support Personnel are employed shall post copies of the Weekly Administrative Directive (WAD).

Any bargaining unit employee who will be on leave or layoff during the posting period and who desires to receive a copy of the notice will inform the District Office prior to their leaving. Such employees will be sent notice on the date the position is posted. The job vacancy shall remain posted for a period of five (5) working days during which time employees may file for the vacancy.
