Common use of Form and method of giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Form and method of giving Notice. Any notice or other communication to be given or made under or in connection with this agreement ("Notice") shall be in writing, shall be sent to the relevant party at the postal and email address and marked for the attention of the person specified in clause 29.2, and delivered: (a) by hand or by courier (using an internationally recognised courier company); (b) by prepaid recorded delivery post or equivalent; or (c) by email, in addition to one of the methods above.
