Form and status. This Note is one of a series of Notes and is issued subject to and with the benefit of the provisions of the Instrument. A copy of the Instrument may be inspected during normal office hours at the registered office of the Company. The Instrument does not contain any restrictions on borrowing, or on the charging or disposal of assets, by the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
