FORM, CONTENT AND GOVERNING LAW. 1.1 This Agreement comprises 7 Clauses and 2 Schedules and the contents of the Schedules are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein and are made a part of this Agreement for all purposes. 1.2 Capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Schedule 1 or as otherwise set forth herein. 1.3 This Agreement will govern the Executive’s employment with the Employer during the Employment Period. 1.4 This Agreement will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of laws principles.
