Common use of Form, Denomination and Date of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Form, Denomination and Date of Warrants. (a) Warrant Certificates shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto. The Warrant Certificates shall be numbered, lettered or otherwise distinguished in such manner as the officers of the Company executing the same may determine. Each Warrant Certificate shall be dated the date of its execution. Any of the Warrant Certificates may be issued with appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and variations, and may have imprinted or otherwise reproduced thereon such legend or legends, as may be required to comply with any law or with any rules or regulations pursuant thereto, or with the rules of any securities market in which the Warrants or Common Shares are admitted to trading, or to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, to conform to general usage. All Warrants shall be otherwise substantially identical except as to denomination and as provided herein. (b) Each Warrant Certificate issued pursuant to this Agreement will bear the Restricted Warrant Legend unless removed in accordance with Section 2.4.
