Form DTTP2 – New Lenders. Where a New Lender includes the indication described in Section 5.9.2(o) above in the relevant assignment notice the U.K. Borrowers shall, to the extent that that New Lender becomes a Lender under a facility which is made available to the U.K. Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.1 or Section 2.2, file a duly completed form DTTP2 in respect of such Lender with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date of that assignment and shall promptly provide the Lender with a copy of that filing.
