Reference is made to the Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) dated as of February 8, 2021, by and among (i) XXXXX XXXXXXXX ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, INC., a Maryland corporation, registered as a closed-end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “Borrower”), (ii) the several banks and other financial institutions from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”) and (iii) JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
