Common use of Form of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Form of Certificates. Each Certificate referred to in Section 2.03 is, and each Certificate hereafter issued shall be, in substantially the form hereinabove recited, numbered serially for identification, in fully registered form, transferable only on the books of the Trustee as herein provided, executed either manually or in facsimile by an authorized officer of the Trustee and in facsimile by the Chairman of the Board, President or one of the Vice Presidents of the Depositor and dated the date of execution and delivery by the Trustee. In case any authorized officer of the Trustee or the Depositor who has signed or whose facsimile signature has been placed upon any Certificate shall have ceased to be such officer before any such Certificate is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he were such officer at the date of issue. (14) Section 3.01 is hereby amended as follows:
