Common use of Form of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Form of Certificates. Each Certificate referred to in Section 2.03 is, and each Certificate hereafter issued shall be, in substantially the form hereinabove recited, numbered serially for identification, in fully registered form, transferable on the books of the Trustee as herein provided, executed manually by an authorized signature of the Trustee and by a facsimile signature of an Authorized Officer of the Depositor and dated the date of execution and delivery by the Trustee.

Form of Certificates. Each Certificate referred to in Section 2.03 is, and each Certificate hereafter issued shall be, be in substantially the form hereinabove recited, numbered serially for identification, in fully registered form, transferable only on the books of the Trustee as herein provided, executed manually or in facsimile by an authorized signature officer of the Trustee and in facsimile by a facsimile signature of an Authorized Officer authorized officer of the Depositor of the Trust to which the Certificate relates, and dated the date of execution and delivery by the Trustee.
