Form of Order. Subject to Clauses 7.1 to 7.6 above, each Contracting Body may place an Order with the Provider by serving an order in writing in the form set out in Schedule 4 or such similar or analogous form agreed with the Provider including systems of ordering involving facsimile, electronic mail or other on-line solutions.
