Form of Payments by Escrow Agent. 11.1. Any payments by the Escrow Agent to subscribers or to the persons other than the Company pursuant to the terms of this Escrow Agreement shall be made by check, payable to the order of each respective subscriber or other person. 11.2. All amounts referred to herein are expressed in United States Dollars and all payments by the Escrow Agent shall be made in such dollars.
