Form of Payments by Escrow Agent. (a) Any payments by the Escrow Agent to Investors or to persons other than the Company or the Selling Stockholders pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be by wire transfer of immediately available funds. The Company shall pay the Escrow Agent a $25 fee for each such wire transfer.
