Common use of Form of Payments Clause in Contracts

Form of Payments. All payments of principal of and interest on this Note shall be made in such coin or currency of the United States of America as at the time of payment shall be legal tender therein for the payment of public and private debts and shall be payable by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the account of the Holder at such banking institution as the Holder designates, or, if requested by the Holder, by certified or official bank check mailed to the Holder at the address of the Holder set forth on the records of the Company or such other address as shall be designated in writing by the Holder to the Company.
