Common use of Form of Release Agreement Clause in Contracts

Form of Release Agreement. General Release I, , in consideration of the performance by Avenue Financial Holdings, Inc, a Tennessee corporation (the “Company”), of its obligations under the Amended & Restated Employment Agreement, dated , between the Company and myself (as amended from time to time, the “Agreement”), do hereby release and forever discharge as of the date hereof the Company, its subsidiaries, and their Affiliates and all present and former members, managers, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns of the Company and its Affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) to the extent provided below. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
