Common use of Form of Security Register Clause in Contracts

The Bank, as Registrar, will maintain the Security Register relating to the registration, payment, transfer and exchange of the Securities in accordance with the Bank’s general practices and procedures in effect from time to time. The Bank shall not be obligated to maintain such Security Register in any form other than those which the Bank has currently available and currently utilizes at the time. The Security Register may be maintained in written form or in any other form capable of being converted into written form within a reasonable time.
