Common use of Formal Contract Amendment Clause in Contracts

Formal Contract Amendment. Contractor shall not be entitled to an increase in the Guaranteed Maximum Price or an extension of the Term unless the Parties agree to a Formal Amendment in accordance with the San Francisco Administrative Code and Section 11.5 (Modifications of this Agreement).
