Formal Level I: Department Head Or Designee. 1. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at the Informal Level, or if no decision is rendered within the designated time period, the grievant may present a written grievance to the department head or his/her designee within ten (10) days after the decision at Level I or twenty (20) days after the grievance was presented to the immediate supervisor, whichever is later.
