A notice under this contract is only effective if it is in writing, and dealt with as follows: a. if given by the Service Provider to the High Court: addressed to the Project Officer at the address specified in Item 19 [High Court’s Address for Notices] or as otherwise notified by the High Court or‌ b. if given by the High Court to the Service Provider: given by the Project Officer (or any superior officer to the Project Officer) and addressed (and marked for attention) as specified in Item 20 [Service Provider’s Address for Notices] or as otherwise notified by the Service Provider.
