Format of Notice. A notice or other communication under or in connection with this Agreement (a “Notice”) shall be: 13.1.1 in writing; 13.1.2 in English; and 13.1.3 delivered personally or sent by a reputable international courier (e.g. FedEx, DHL) or by fax to the party due to receive the Notice at its address or fax number set out in Clause 13.3 (Address and fax number) or to such other addressee, address or fax number as the party due to receive the Notice may specify by giving the other party due to send the Notice not less than five Business Days’ written notice before the Notice was despatched.
