Formation of the Rental Agreement, Etc. 21.4.1 The Rental Agreement shall be formed when the Buyer pays the rental charge to the Seller and the Seller delivers the Product to the Buyer. In such case, the reservation deposit received (if any) shall be allotted as part of the rental charge.
