FORMATION OF WORK CONTRACTS. 5.1 This Agreement sets out the basic uniform terms of each Work Contract and establishes the overarching principles and processes that will apply to the provision of Services by the Contractor to Client. In respect of the Anticipated Services, Work Contracts shall strictly adhere to the principles contained in the Schedules and the Annexes to the draft Work Contract contained in Schedule 15 or Schedule 19 (as applicable), save only to the extent not applicable to the relevant Services or if Client agrees in writing to an express variation.
