Former Agency Employees. In accordance with Texas Government Code § 2252.901, Vendor represents and warrants that none of its employees, including but not limited to those authorized to provide services under the contract were former employees of TWC or another state agency during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date of execution of the contract.
