Former Employer Confidential Information. Recipient agrees that during the Relationship, Recipient has not and shall not improperly access, download, upload, store, use, disclose, or induce the Company to access, use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former employer or other person or entity with which Recipient has an obligation of confidentiality. Recipient further agrees that Recipient has not brought, and shall not bring, onto the Company’s premises or transfer onto the Company’s technology systems any unpublished document, proprietary information, or trade secrets or other confidential information belonging to any third party unless disclosure to, and use by, the Company has been consented to, in writing, by such third party.
