Common use of FORMER MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

FORMER MEMBERS. 19.1 A former member of the Service who has been dismissed from the Service for reasons other than ill health or retirement, prior to the execution of this Agreement, shall not be entitled to any increase or other benefits as herein provided.

FORMER MEMBERS. 19.1 35.1 A former member of the Service who has been dismissed or resigned from the Service for reasons other than ill health or retirement, prior to the execution of this Agreement, shall not be entitled to any increase in wages or other benefits as herein provided.

FORMER MEMBERS. 19.1 A former member of the Service who has been dismissed from the Service for disciplinary reasons or who has resigned or retired from the Service other than in accordance with section 12.11.1 or for reasons of ill health or retirement, prior to the execution of this Agreement, shall not be entitled to any increase or other benefits as herein providedprovided in this Agreement.
