Common use of Former Participant Clause in Contracts

Former Participant. A Participant whose employment with the Employer has terminated but who has a vested account balance under the Plan which has not been paid in full.

Former Participant. A Participant whose employment with the Employer Company has terminated or who has otherwise ceased to be an Eligible Employee, but who has a vested account Account balance under the Plan which has not been paid in fullfull and, therefore, is continuing to participate in the allocation of Trust Fund Income.
