Forms, etc. Each Tax Indemnitee agrees to furnish to Lessee from time to time, at the written request, such duly executed and properly completed forms as may be necessary or appropriate in order to claim any reduction of or exemption from any withholding or other Tax imposed by any taxing authority in respect of any payments otherwise required to be made by Lessee, as the case may be, pursuant to this Lease, which reduction or exemption is available to such Tax Indemnitee.
