Forms of Contracts. Upon Agent’s request from time to time in its Permitted Discretion, Borrowers shall engage outside legal counsel reasonably acceptable to Agent (at Borrowers’ sole cost and expense) to undertake a review of Contract documentation of Borrowers and provide Agent within sixty (60) days after each such request (or such longer period as Agent shall agree in its sole discretion) with an opinion that is reasonably acceptable to Agent in all material respects from such outside legal counsel with respect to the compliance with applicable law of such Contract documentation. SECTION NINE - INFORMATION AS TO BORROWER
