Formulation of rules. To facilitate the building to become a first-class office building, as long as good for the operation management and maintenance of the building, the Lessor or the property management company designated by the Lessor has the right to publish, introduce, modify, adopt or abolish any rules in writing at any time, provided that the Lessee shall be informed in advance. When the formulation and update of any rules cause a significant impact on the Lessee’s rights, the Lessee shall be entitled to raise an objection and retains the right to recover its losses from the Lessor.
