Forwarding Agent. Computershare Canada will act as Forwarding Agent in Ontario, Canada for the Warrant Agent. As Forwarding Agent, Computershare Canada, will receive all presentations for exchanges and transfers of outstanding Series A/B and forward the items Warrant Agent. The Company agrees to pay the fees associates the Forwarding Agent services.
