Forwarding of Information to Banks. Unless otherwise specified in this Loan Agreement, each Agent agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to each Bank, within two (2) Business Days, copies of all notices, reports, certificates and other information received from Company or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with this Loan Agreement or any other Loan Papers if such notices, reports, certificates or other such information was not otherwise delivered to such Bank by Company or any other Agent.
