Common use of Forwarding of Payments by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Forwarding of Payments by Administrative Agent. Except as otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, each payment received by the Administrative Agent under this Agreement or any Note for account of any Lender shall be paid by the Administrative Agent promptly to such Lender, in immediately available funds, for account of such Lender’s Applicable Lending Office for the Loan or other obligation in respect of which such payment is made.

The Lenders acknowledge, however, that the obligations of Administrative Agent shall be governed by the Co-Lending Agreement.
