FOUL WEATHER JACKET. a. Employees whose duties and responsibilities include working outside during inclement weather shall be provided an inclement weather jacket. b. Employees shall be responsible for the laundry, maintenance, and repair of such jacket. Replacement of unserviceable jackets shall be the responsibility of the City. Stolen jackets shall be reported to the employee’s supervisor and replaced by the City.
