Common use of Fourth Advances Clause in Contracts

Fourth Advances. The obligation of the Bank to make available the Fourth Advance in respect of any Ship shall be subject to the conduction that the Bank or its duly authorised respective shall have received, on or prior to the drawdown of the relevant Fourth Advance, the documents and evidence specified in Part 5 of schedule 2 in respect of such Ship, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

Fourth Advances. The obligation of the Bank to make available the Fourth Advance in respect of any a Ship shall be subject to the conduction condition that the Bank or its duly authorised respective representative shall have received, on or prior to the drawdown of the relevant Fourth Advance, the relevant documents and evidence specified in Part 5 of schedule 2 in respect of such Ship, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
