Common use of Fourth Quarter/Year-End Report Clause in Contracts

Fourth Quarter/Year-End Report. CONTRACTOR shall submit a Fourth Quarter/Year-End Report to ADMINISTRATOR for Period One by July 31, 2013 and for Period Two by July 31, 2014. Each report shall include an evaluation section which shall contain, but not be limited to, an analysis of the effectiveness of the alcohol prevention strategies implemented toward reaching performance objectives and performance measures, a discussion of successes, barriers encountered, and recommendations for future projects. CONTRACTOR shall use the report format provided by ADMINISTRATOR.
