Common use of Fractional Units Clause in Contracts

Fractional Units. The Series 15 Units may be issued in whole or in fractional units. Each fractional Series 15 Unit shall carry and be subject to the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions (including voting rights and distribution rights) of the Series 15 Units in proportion to the applicable fractions.

Fractional Units. The Series 15 Preferred Units may be issued in whole or in fractional units. Each fractional Series 15 Preferred Unit shall carry and be subject to the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions (including voting rights and distribution rights) of the Series 15 Preferred Units in proportion to the applicable fractions.

Each fractional Series 15 16 Unit shall carry and be subject to the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions (including voting rights and distribution rights) of the Series 15 16 Units in proportion to the applicable fractions.
