Fractional Units. The Company may issue fractional Units, rounded to the extent as determined by the Directors, to reflect the Contribution in question. If a Member holds a fractional Unit, such Member shall have a vote with respect thereto (if the right to vote with respect to the matter in question is otherwise provided for in this Agreement) equal to the amount of such fraction.
