Framework contractor obligations. 16.3.1. The contractor shall provide a tender proposal, including pricing, and send a response by email to the framework public body. 16.3.2. Subject to the framework public body notifying the contractor that their response has been accepted, the call-off contract, for example the order, shall be formed on the commencement date set out in the notice.
