Framework Contractors Obligations. 6.1 The Contractor will, in writing, by the time and date specified by the Framework Public Body, provide the Framework Public Body with either: 6.1.1 a statement to the effect that it does not wish to tender in relation to the relevant Services requirements; or 6.1.2 a proposal with full details of its tender made in respect of the relevant Statement of Requirements which should include, as a minimum:
