Framework Support Requirements Overview. B.1.1 In developing the specification for Courier Services the Client has identified a number of core support requirements detailed in Section B that will be applicable across all lots as described in Section A of the specification.
B.1.2 The Supplier must ensure that they retain the capability to provide all of the Service Support requirements for the full term of the Framework Agreement or for the duration of any subsequent call off contracts.
B.1.3 The Supplier must provide the core support requirements listed in section B at no additional cost.
