Franchise Inspection Reports. Each Borrower shall deliver to Lender, or cause the Consultant to deliver to Lender, a copy of each inspection report of any Franchisor with respect to any Individual Property within five (5) Business Days after such Borrowers' or Consultant's receipt thereof.
